I’m thrilled to share the news that one of my poems “Metamorphosis” has been included in the anthology “Vibrant Voices- An Anthology of 21st Century Indian Women Poets” published by Sahitya Akademi and edited by Seema Jain. It is indeed an honor to be part of such a coveted anthology featuring the voices of women creatives of the 21st century.

I’m extremely grateful to Seema Jain for including me in this project and supporting my work. The poem has been previously published in the anthology (” The Medusa Project, Mookychick, 2020 ) that has been selected to be sent to the moon in 2024 as part of LunarCodex Project in collaboration with NASA/SpaceX.

The Sahitya Akademi, India’s National Academy of Letters, is an organization dedicated to the promotion of literature in the languages of India. Founded on 12 March 1954, it is supported by, though independent of, the Indian government. The Sahitya Akademi Library is one of the largest multi-lingual libraries in India, with a rich collection of books on literature and allied subjects.

Happy Poetry!!
