It was a fun-filled evening to be part of the “Badass Babe Bash” event curated by Summer Dawn, director and founder
of the In Full Color: Empowering Women of Color

I read two of my poems “False Ownership” and “Semblance” honoring the feminine power to celebrate International Women’s Day. The evening ended with a fun-filled scavenger hunt and the awards raffle.

Here is the video of me reading my poem “False Ownership” which was published in the anthology “War Cry From the Uterus” by Wide-Eyes Publishing Press, NYC.

Happy Poetry!!
