One thing you can’t hide – is when you’re crippled inside.
― John Lennon
Remember how we always say this to people who are leaving, moving away, getting a farewell, changing jobs etc. We ask them not to be a stranger and to stay in touch with us.
I have always wondered why shouldn’t we do the same to our long-lost feelings.
I think we should always be in touch with our feelings too. With all that hurt and mounting pressures of life, our heart is stretched too thin to feel anything anymore.
We shouldn’t be a stranger to them. Shouldn’t avoid facing them.Shouldn’t avoid looking them directly in the eye and saying that …”Yes, Fear I know you exist. I know you are there.I know I can’t run away from you. I know you will surface now and then but I will always be ready to face. I’ll not succumb to you.
I’ll confront you… ”
I’ll acknowledge your existence at the same time gathering all the strength and determination in me.

We should always welcome Empathy too. Seems like empathy has been a long-lost friend this day. Whom we have lost in touch. We know she exists somewhere in the world, and every time we connect, we feel so good about each other but we still don’t take the time out of lives to welcome her back.

It’s easy to bring somebody down in today’s life. We are living a virtual reality where everyone is hiding behind the virtual veil of social media. It’s hard to find a single hand in the crowd but you will hear countless screaming voices online. When we are brought down by people in our lives, our friends, our acquaintance. I want to be resilient. Have that grit and determination in life.
Strength, do stay in touch with me. Don’t lose my side. Don’t be a stranger.

We all have our belief system. We all live by certain rules and morals in our life. We all have a built-in moral compass which helps us to steer our life in days of darkness.
Don’t lose that compass even if you are alone in a crowd and everyone is up against you. It’s easy to follow a herd than to stand and voice your opinion.
Don’t lose that vision. Don’t get lost in the herd.
Never lose that vision. Be moral. Be right. There always be shades of grey to every situation but you are not here to blend in ..you are here to stand out.

And last but not the least “Hope”.
There so much sadness in today’s world. Nothing brings joy to the heart anymore. It’s inexplicably hard to stay hopeful in such dim times. It’s difficult to envision a silver lining to a dark cloud but don’t lose heart. Always stay hopeful about the future, about tomorrow, about next day. Don’t let sadness bring you down. “Sadness is monochrome.” It strips away all the color from the life and renders it black. Always be hopeful.
There always be a tomorrow.
Stay in touch “Hope”.
