A rhythm called life

Let’s just not go there
Let’s just believe in love for a while
Let’s just take our heart for a ride
Let’s give our dreams wings to fly

Let’s not talk about the mortal sins
Let’s not forget about small wins
Let me just ponder for a while
Let me just think about that smile

Let me listen to my heartbeat
Let me just do once I please
Let me just kiss the dew drops
Let me just feel the raindrops
Let me feel the sun on my face
Let the just feel the wind in my hair

The moments are fleeting
So is the life
Stop and feel the rhythm
The rhythm called Life.

This poem in response to daily prompt Believe
